Tata now "preferred" for Jaguar, Land Rover brands
Guardian Unlimited reports that the Ford motor company's attempt to sell the classic Jaguar and Land Rover vehicle marques has come closer to fruition now that Indian-based Tata Motors has been given "preferred bidder" status.
