Poland: VIAGRA vs VIAGREEN has to wait because of VIA' GREEN
American company Pfizer Products filled a request to invalidate the registration of VIAGREEN trade mark (R-177736) which is registered for Polish company Bio-Active Distribution from Warsaw. However, the Polish Patent Office has suspended the proceedings on the request of both parties, until another PPO's decision rejecting Pfizer's opposition against word-figurative trade mark "BIO-ACTIVE VIA' GREEN HERBATA ZIELONA Z ZEN-SZENIEM SYBERYJSKIM" (R-173263) will enter into force.
