Kosovo revalidations

There are reports that the deadline for Kosovo revalidations has been extended to Wednesday, 19 November 2008. We expect official confirmation shortly. The original deadline was Wednesday, 1 October 2008 (see earlier Class 46 post here). The revalidation deadline does not apply to international registrations designating Serbia. This information was received from Balkan IP law practice SD Petosevic.
