UK-IPO: New Tribunal Practice Notice (5/2008)
On its website the UK-IPO yesterday published a new Tribunal Practice Notice (5/2008) concerning "Page numbering of evidence in inter partes proceedings in trade marks and designs cases":
"The registrar has decided that from 1 December 2008 all individual exhibits of more than 4 pages are to be paginated. Where the pages have not been so paginated the evidence will be returned to the party which has adduced the evidence, for pagination to be applied. ...
