DPMA: New form W7005 from 1 September 2008
A new month, a new form. The German Patent and Trade Mark Office, DPMA, has introduced a new form W7005 to be used when applying for a German national trade mark. The introduction of the new form W7005 had become necessary after the repealing of the "safeguard clause", Article 9sexies of the Madrid Protocol and is effective from today, 1 September 2008.
The new form can be retrieved here: www.dpma.de/marke/formulare/index.html
