Swiss Federal Insitute of Intellectual Property: Updated forms
In its newsletter 2008/07-08 the Swiss Federal Insitute of Intellectual Property reports that it has updated several of its official forms with effect from 1 September 2008.
After the repeal of the"safeguard clause", Article 9sexies of the Madrid Protocol, several forms required updating. The forms concerned are "Application for international registration"; "Designation subsequent to the international registration"; Transformation of an international registration into a national one" and "Application for registration of a trademark licence in the international registry". The updated forms can be retrieved by clicking here
