- Class 38 specification updated (date: 10 January 2008)
"Class 38 Telecommunications. Also in this class are all telecommunications services, (for example, e-mail services and those provided for the Internet); providing user access to the Internet (service providers). Does not include creating, maintaining or hosting web sites which are in Class 42."
- An updated "Journal Publication and Registration Timetable" (date: 11 January 2008)
