Black and Silver Rainbow
The Finnish food store giant, Kesko Food, has over the years successfully built, dear I say, a famous private label, PIRKKA, and a product family of mainly foodstuffs around it. Now the product family will be getting its first ever premium brand, called PIRKKA PARHAAT. (translation: Pirkka Elite)
Overall, 30 new products are expected to hit the stores under the new premium brand this month. The first products to be offered will be hand-folded Karelian pasties, sushi-meals and smoked golden rainbow trout –cutlets. Unlike the golden rainbow trout, the packaging of the premium products will feature the colours black and silver.
