UKIPO: new form TM26(I) from 1 September 2008
More news from the UKIPO: an updated form TM26(I) will go live on Monday 1 September 2008. Please note that the UKIPO will continue to accept the old form until Monday, 1 December 2008. According to the information e-mailed by the UK IPO to its newsletter "TMD Notifications" subscribers:
The new form 26(1) will be available in Microsoft Word format on the UKIPO's website at http://www.ipo.gov.uk/tm/t-forms/t-pdfword/t-tm26i.htm from 1 September 2008 only. Posted by: Birgit Clark @ 12.12

"The new form has been designed to make it easier to identify therelevant grounds of invalidation and will make the process of filing anapplication for invalidation as straightforward as possible."
