Written grounds and Irish Patents Office decisions
"The Patents Office makes available the Written Grounds of decisions in Inter-partes hearings relating to trade marks. As the written grounds become available, the texts will be added to this page".As of today, the most recent decision posted on the website goes back to July 2007, although there have been more recent decisions. Is it known whether the Irish Patents Office has suspended this service or whether there is any other explanation? Posted by: Blog Administrator @ 17.18
