Five new CFI decisions today
The Court of First Instance of the European Communities has delivered five decisions this morning in appeals from the OHIM Boards of Appeal concerning Community trade marks. If time permits and the subject-matter is sufficiently important, Class 46 will revisit these decisions. Meanwhile we list them here. First, there are four decisions that are available in French and German only:
* Case T-302/06 Hartmann v OHIM, letter EThere is also a decision which is additionally available in English:
* Case T-323/05 Coffee Store v OHIM, THE COFFEE STORE
* Case T-58/07 BYK-Chemie v OHIM, Substance for Success
* Case T-70/06 Audi v OHIM, Vorsprung durch Technik
