MARQUES is hosting a webinar on 14 February 2022, titled “Sweet Valentine: But does your specification need a makeover?”.
The webinar will discuss how to give your trade mark specification(s) a makeover having regard to bad faith principles and practices which exist in the European Union, United States and China.
The webinar will provide guidance on the pitfalls to be avoided: your intentions should be honourable and broad specifications may no longer be a thing of beauty.
The webinar is organised by the MARQUES Education Team and will take place from 13.00 to 14.30 CET.
The moderator is Shane Smyth of FR Kelly, Ireland – a member of the MARQUES Council. The speakers are: Guido Donath, Donath-Law, Austria, Michael Grow, Arent Fox LLP, USA and Zhigang Zhu, Wanhuida Intellectual Property, China.
