UK: Revised Magistrates’ Court Sentencing Guidelines with specific guideline for trade mark offences
On its website the UKIPO reports that the UK's Sentencing Guidelines Council has recently published revised Magistrates' Court Sentencing Guidelines , which include a specific guideline for trade mark offences. The revised guidelines will be effective from 4 August 2008.
The details can be retrieved here (page 105 refers to unauthorised use of a trade mark).
