The next MARQUES talk with trade mark judges will take place in Stockholm on Wednesday 10 October 2018.

The seminar will be conducted in Swedish and will last half a day, concluding with lunch.

It will feature specialist speakers from the Patent and Market Court of Appeal, Patent and Marketing Court and Swedish Patent and Registration Office, including:

• Ms Christine Lager, Senior Judge of Patent and Market Court of Appeal
• Mr Anders Dereborg, Senior Judge, Head of Division at the Patent and Marketing Court
• Mr Stefan Johansson, Judge, Head of Section from first instance the Patent and Marketing Court
• Ms Maria Bruder, Judge, Head of Section from first instance the Patent and Marketing Court
• Mr Per Carlson, Senior Judge of Appeal from the higher court the Patent and Market Court of Appeal
• Mr Göran Söderström, Judge of Appeal from the higher court the Patent and Market Court of Appeal
• Mr Magnus Ahlgren, Head of Legal Unit, Design and Trademark Department at the Swedish Patent and Registration Office
