IP Legal Updates in China, Beijing, 25th November

We are pleased to announce a brand new event, which takes place at The Westin Beijing on Saturday 25th November 2017.
The event is titled "IP Legal Updates in China" and is organised by MARQUES in cooperation with China Trademark Association (CTA).
"IP Legal Updates in China" will include presentations by eminent Judges from Chinese Courts, distinguished speakers from China Trademark Office (CTMO), the Trademark Examination Cooperation Center and the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board (TRAB), as well as experienced IP specialists and in-house counsel operating in China.
They will discuss a wide range of topics, including the state of play of Chinese trade mark law, the review of administrative and judicial cases, brand protection strategies and practical aspects of trade mark procedures.
The seminar will be conducted in Chinese.
