Earlier today we reminded readers about the three seminars that MARQUES has cleverly organised on International Registrations and the United States. But that's not all we've been up to!
Whether you enjoy dispute resolution or regard it as a necessary evil, you have to understand how it works and everyone can improve their performance. Bearing this in mind, do note our forthcoming seminar, "Arbitrating and Mediating Trade Marks", which is scheduled to take place in Munich, Germany [yes, there are other Munichs: we wouldn't want you to turn up for this seminar in North Dakota ...], on Tuesday, 8 November 2016.
