WIPO updates national emblem and armorial bearings list
Here's some news from our friends at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), which may be of interest if you are thinking of registering any armorial bearings or national emblems as trade marks. The basic message is "don't!" since they are protected under Article 6ter of the Paris Convention (to do a search, click here).
