Available online - recent OHIM webinars you may have missed
Work commitments and time constraints do not always allow busy practitioners to watch all of OHIM’s webinars as and when they happen.
It is therefore good to know that many of the webinars and presentation slides are available on OHIM’s website so you can watch them (again and again...!). Some noteworthy recent webinars you may have missed or may wish to revisit are:
"Decisions of the Trimester General Court & European Court of Justice" by Hugh O’Neill see here.
"Proof of use: reasons excusing non-use" by Alexandra Kusturovic see here.
Also available is OHIM’s much ‘sought after’ webinar of 2 February 2016 titled “Questions and Answers on the new EU trade mark Regulation. Changes entering into force 90 days after publication”, which inter alia addresses Article 28(8) EUTMR declarations, see here.
