Communication on EUTMR transitional provisions -- but was there enough communication?
Here's the text of a Communication from the OHIM President of the implementation of Article 28 of the new European Union Trade Mark Regulation (EUTMR), which was officially published on 15 February 2016, Article 28, which deals with transitional provisions, seems to have slipped through without the system's User Associations being kept informed in advance, as has hitherto been the usual practice.
