OHIM Webinar on the new EU trade mark Regulation
The new EU trade mark Regulation will enter into force on 23 March 2016. To prepare its users for the (multiple) changes ahead, OHIM (soon to be called "EU IPO") has organised a webinar on 2 February 2016, 11:30-13:30 CET called "Questions and Answers on the new EU trade mark Regulation: Changes entering into force within 90 days of publication."
If you have questions about the changes, you can still send these to OHIM until Wednesday, 27 January 2016, to newregulation@oami.europa.eu.
Questions submitted will be answered by OHIM experts during the webinar, which is expected to cover topics such as Absolute Grounds, Relative Grounds, Proceedings, the Register, Goods and Services, Appeals and the content of the new Regulation. This Blogger assumes that many questions will relate to the Article 28 Declarations relating to specifications that cover class headings.
The OHIM webinar will be available on 2 February via this link.
More information on the new EU trade mark Regulation can be found on OHIM's dedicated web page.
