Christmas coming a day early for TM package?
Here's a Christmas present for Class 46 readers! The European Union's Trade Mark Reform package will be published in the EU's Official Journal on 24 December. That's right, this Thursday!
To remind readers who are not mathematically talented, the Regulation will enter into force 90 days after its publication, whereas the Directive will enter into force 20 days after publication. After that, the 28 EU Member States will have three years in which to transpose the Directive into their national laws -- except for the administrative invalidation and revocation procedures, for which a generous period of seven years has been allocated.

How British of you! ;-) No, it is not a day early. We Danes get our presents on the evening of the 24th, so it seems quite appropriate to us. Perhaps it will be a couple of hours early, but not a full day.
