"Protecting Trade Marks with Arbitration and Domain Name UDRP" is the title of a forthcoming MARQUES seminar, sponsored by Wildpeak, which will be held at 51 Bras Basah Road #1-01, Singapore 189554, on 28 August. This MARQUES seminar seeks to raise awareness of arbitration and Domain Name UDRP. Not only does it provide a theoretical introduction, but the speakers will also discuss how these alternativee dispute resolution methods can be applied in practice. This seminar closes the Intellectual Property (IP) Week organized by the Singapore Intellectual Property Office, IPOS.
