Kosovo prepares amendments to trade mark laws
Kosovo has recently drafted amendments to its trade mark law, which the Kosovo Parliament is expected to adopt this year. The amendments aim to bring Kosovo’s IP legislation in line with European Union’s directives, this being a major requirement for EU integration.
The draft amendments are available in Albanian, Serbian and English here. Your comments and opinions are welcome -- but you'll have to be quick to make them since the closing date for receiving them is tomorrow, 28 May. You can send them by email here.
