Roving Seminars: WIPO roves to Utrecht
Our friends at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) have told us about their next Roving Seminar (officially, a 'seminar on WIPO Services and initiatives'). This event, hosted in cooperation with the Netherlands Patent Office (NPO) and the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BOIP), takes place on 22 May 2014. The venue? The lovely Beatrix Theatre, Utrecht (right).
As is now usual with these popular Roving Seminars, this event will include a comprehensive review of The Madrid System for the International Registration of Marks and the Hague System for the International Registration of Industrial Designs, presented by David Muls, Director (Madrid Registry, Brands and Designs Sector, WIPO) and moderated by Huib Berendschot (partner, AKD Advocaten), plus participation by a Dutch entrepreneur.
