MARQUES members mastermind INTA review
The International Trademark Association's Trademark Reporter has just published, in vol.104, no.2 (March-April 2014), its Annual Review of EU Trademark Law: 2013 in Review.
The contributors are listed as Guy Heath (Nabarro, London), Georg Jahn, (Noerr LLP, Munich), Anne Marie Verschuur (NautaDutilh, Amsterdam), Jordi Güell (Curell Suñol, Barcelona), Pier Luigi Roncaglia (Studio Legale SIB, Florence), Jean-Philippe Bresson and Franck Soutoul (both of INLEX, Paris).
This blogger congratulates INTA on its excellent choice of contributors. Nabarro, Noerr, NautaDutilh, Curell Suñol, SIB and INLEX have something in common: these firms are all members of MARQUES -- the organisation at the heart of European trade mark law and practice.
