It has been very quiet on the polar bear trade mark news front in Germany recently - suspiciously so, one might almost add. While we are awaiting further exciting polar bear trade mark law disputes, Class 46 would like to point its readers to our fellow blog The IPkat's current "Knut Kompetition". The IPKat is looking to name an orphaned bolar bear cub teddy bear:
