CJEU to hear Fercal, Sanco appeals

CJEU to hear Fercal, Sanco appeals
Here are a couple recently-announced Community trade mark appeals from the General Court to the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU):
* Case C-324/13 P Fercal - Consultadoria e Servicos v OHIM (on appeal from Case T-360/11, available so far in French and Portuguese only);* Case: C-411/13 P OHIM v Sanco (on appeal from Case T-249/11). This is an Art.8(1)(b) appeal, in which Class 46 reported on the General Court decision here.
Class 46 will do its best to keep an eye on these appeals and bring news of the CJEU's rulings as soon as they are available.
