UK Trade Marks (Fast Track Opposition) (Amendment) Rules 2013
reduce the cost and time burden of filing oppositions to new UK trade marks. The fast track route is "primarily aimed at improving SMEs access to justice at a cost proportionate to the complexity of the dispute at stake" (see also here).
