Latest WTR now out
The August/September 2013 issue of World Trademark Review, published bimonthly by Globe Business Publishing, has now been published. As usual, it has much to interest the European practitioner. There's a review of the latest plans of the European Commission for reform of the Community Trade Mark Regulation and the Harmonisation Directive, from none other than former OHIM legal guru Alexander von Muehlendahl, as well as a good piece from Class 46 member and MARQUES supporter Nikos Prentoulis on the problems which the Greeks have taken upon themselves with regard to trade mark dilution.

Our good friend Tove Graulund has emailed us to ask: "Did you miss me?! ;-) Both Till and me are in the Talking Points, pp 77-80". Thanks, Tove. I did indeed miss you. Incidentally, the original version of this blogpost carried the artwork for the August/September issue, and not as above -- as recipients of the email version of the blogpost can certify. That post seems to have been hacked.
