"My World": Regarding open questions concerning the examination of the distinctiveness of word trade marks according Article 8 (2) No. 1 German Trade Marks Act in the light of the conflicting requirements established by the decisions of the Federal Supreme Court (Bundesgerichtshof) in the cases of BerlinCard, Cityservice and LOKMAUS on the one hand, and FUSSBALL WM 2006, WM 2006 on the other hand.
