Read the updated MARQUES comments on EC reform proposals
An updated version of the comments made by MARQUES on the proposals of the European Commission for reform of European trade mark law is available from the MARQUES website. If you have not already done so, you should take the opportunity to have a look and see what MARQUES says. Of particular interest to many will be the list of issues not covered by the Commission's proposals.
