International dilution: a new book
Veteran trade mark expert and ever-congenial Canadian attorney Dan Bereskin tells us that he has edited a new book, International Trademark Dilution, which has just this week been
published in Canada by Thomson Reuters.
The book, details of which you can obtain here, has chapters on dilution in theory and practice in numerous jurisdictions. From a European perspective, the European Union is treated as a single jurisdiction and there is a separate chapter on Switzerland.
