Bosnia and Herzegovina joins the "other" Madrid Agreement
Here's a little news from WIPO: a recent notification states that government of Bosnia and Herzegovina has taken the plunge and committed itself to the "other" Madrid Agreement -- not the usual one on international trade mark registration but the less well-known Madrid Agreement for the Repression of False or Deceptive Indications of Source on Goods.
Bosnia and Herzegovina will be acceding to the Agreement's Lisbon Act and to the Additional Act of Stockholm with effect from 22 June of this year.
