Trade mark coexistence agreements: save the date!
Accordingly, MARQUES will soon be running two coexistence agreement workshops, each of around two and a half hours, to see how they go and what sort of response they receive. Details are at present being discussed and will be posted on this blog, on the MARQUES website and on the MARQUES Linked In Group once they are available.
The programme under discussion is likely to feature both a review of the relevant law, key points to include in coexistence agreements and a practical exercise in which registrants can participate -- but no details have been finalised. In the meantime, all I can say is this: mark your diaries for
* Tuesday 18 June, Rotterdam
* Wednesday 19 June, Munich - not Hamburg as was originally stated (this workshop is likely to run in German)
If these workshops are a success, it is likely that they will be repeated in other venues.
