Using other people's trade marks in the digital media
"Use of Others' Trademarks in the Digital Media" is the title of an interesting little article (just six and a half sides in length) by Knud Wallberg (Fellow, Centre for Information and Innovation Law, Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen). This article, relating to Knud's dissertation, has been published in the Nordiskt Immateriellt Rättsskydd (NIR). It both identifies issues in need of further research and discusses their methodological treatment.
You can read the text of this article in full here. If you wish to discuss Knud's ideas further with him, you can email him here.
Class 46 thanks the NIR for kindly allowing us to share this item with our readers.
