OHIM Manual amendments in force from 1 August
Our friends at the Office of Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM) have been busy again, updating and amending the Manual of Trade Mark Practice. According to a release today from OHIM:

Our friends at the Office of Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM) have been busy again, updating and amending the Manual of Trade Mark Practice. According to a release today from OHIM:
The following Sections of the Manual of Trade Mark Practice have been amended or newly created. They will be published in the coming days in the relevant section: Manual of Trade Mark Practice. These various Sections will enter into force on 01/08/2012 [Warning: that's 1 August. If you have a colleague who is on vacation and doesn't return till after that date, do make sure that he or she gets to know about the amendments]. Detailed information on the amendments will be provided in the next Alicante Newsletter.
