Luxembourg makes August date for TLT
By TLT Notification No. 57 the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) announces that that small but significant piece in the jigsaw of European unity -- the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg -- has deposited its instrument of ratification of the Trademark Law Treaty (TLT), which takes effect in Luxembourg on 11 August.

By a happy coincidence, 11 August happens to be the date on which Luxembourg's big brothers in the Benelux trade mark system, Belgium and the Netherlands, also give effect to the TLT.
