Drafting co-existence agreements: are you interested?
"Can anyone recommend a good course on drafting co-existence agreements and/or licence agreements?" This question was posed to the MARQUES LinkedIn Group by one of its members yesterday. Since no response has yet been received, it's quite possible that there is no course that is specially dedicated to drafting co-existence agreements at all, or that no course on licensing matches the particular needs of MARQUES members,

It would be good to hear from MARQUES members, and those who follow MARQUES on the social media, as to whether running a course on drafting co-existence agreements and/or trade mark licences is the sort of thing you'd like MARQUES to do. If there's a positive response, the relevant MARQUES Team(s) can give it some serious consideration.
