Well-known and famous marks: a book
Marques notoires et de haute renommée / Well-Known and Famous Trademarks is the name of a book recently published by Schulthess for the University of Geneva's Law Faculty. Edited by the talented and productive Professor Jacques de Werra, this volume consists of a collection of five conference papers that were delivered in February 2011 at the university by expert speakers from China, France, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, together with an international perspective from the AIPPI -- a body which has taken an interest in famous marks and their protection for many years.

This is a bilingual publication in the sense that chapters are presented either in French or in English -- though there's a bit of Chinese on display too!
