Slovakia to make all IP decisions available online
Via Huťko´s IT and IP Legal Blog comes the excellent news that, with effect from 1 January 2012, all Slovakian intellectual property judicial decisions must be posted online. Decisions will be accessed here. The rule in favour of anonymisation of decisions, which means that the names of parties cannot be mentioned, is also to be relaxed.
