May the Force be with you...trademark owners

In Case T-81/10, the Court confirmed that the earlier figurative marks TIME FORCE are different visually, phonetically and conceptually from contested CTM application AIR FORCE, notwithstanding the identity of the goods in Class 14. The applied for trademark is a clear reference to the military airplanes and will be distinguished completely from TIME FORCE, the majority of the relevant public having a basic knowledge of English.
