New online service provides OHIM certified copies
The Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM) is dellighted to inform its users that from tomorrow, Tuesday 10 May, its new online service will let them obtain automatically generated certified copies of application requests and CTM registration certificates from the CTM-ONLINE database.
Posted by: Blog Administrator @ 01.36We are pleased to report that this new service is free of charge and is expected to make obtaining certified copies both faster and more efficient.
Around 75% of the Inspection requests received by OHIM relate to obtaining certified copies of application forms or registration certificates.
In future, certified copies of the CTM application form or CTM registration certificate will be automatically generated and downloaded via a direct link from the CTM-ONLINE database and from the Online Access to CTM files entry for a selected CTM.
A more detailed explanation of the new service can be found in April’s Alicante News here.
