"Future Plans" seminar: latest news
Earlier this week this weblog announced a MARQUES seminar, "Future Plans: next steps for trade marks in Europe", which will review the long-awaited Study on the Overall Functioning of the European Trade Mark System, prepared for the European Commission by the Max Planck Institute.
Posted by: Blog Administrator @ 16.10The date of the seminar is Tuesday 5 April and it will be held in the London office of law firm Simmons & Simmons.
Admission is FREE; there will be CPD points available and there will be refreshments and a chance to chat.
The programme for this seminar is nearly complete. Participants include Michael Edenborough QC, Anna Carboni, Professor Spyros Mniatis, Richard Ashmead and Jean-Michel Flu. Remarkably, since the event was announced only this week and the programme has not been published, we have 89 people already registered to attend, drawn from all sectors of trade mark commerce, law and practice.
It's still not too late to book yourself in: just email here with the subject line "Future Plans".
