The UKIPO’s note relating to form TM7 states that:
“... a new Form TM7 has been introduced which now requests users at Box 5, in addition to the previous requirement to provide the Tribunal Section with details of any related proceedings currently with the Registry or the courts, to provide details of any related proceedings before the OHIM.”
The UKIPO’s note relating to form TM26(i) states that:
Posted by: Birgit Clark @ 21.10“ (the) new Form TM26(I) has been introduced which includes a number of additional questions in respect of claims made under section 5(3) of the Act, so as to bring it into line with the identical part of the Form TM7.
Please note that whilst the new forms will go live on Monday 28 February 2011, ... [the UKIPO] will continue to accept the old forms for a further three month period expiring on 30 May 2011.”
