TLT goes live for Italy on World IP Day
By TLT Notification No. 53 ("Trademark Law Treaty Ratification by the Republic of Italy") WIPO informs us that the Government of the Republic of Italy deposited, on 26 January 2011, its instrument of ratification of the Trademark Law Treaty. This treaty will enter into force, with respect to the Republic of Italy, on 26 April 2011 -- which we all know is World Intellectual Property Day. Don't forget to celebrate!
