Results of the OHIM User Satisfaction Survey 2007
On its website OHIM reports the results of the OHIM User Satisfaction Survey 2007. At OHIM's request
"... a third comprehensive survey to find out what the users think about the services offered by the OHIM ... "
had been conducted by a research company. The report states that in 2007 the number of agents complaining has decreased (15% compared to 24% from the previous year) but that there has not been a significant change in the case of proprietors (14% in 2007, 11% in 2006). The report also shows that the way in which complaints are dealt with by OHIM has improved considerably, both for proprietors and for agents.
