Well-known and famous marks: a seminar
On 15 February 2011 there's an interesting seminar for trade mark enthusiasts whose focus lies in the area of marks with reputations: the title is "Marques notoires et de haute renommée/Well-Known and Famous Trademarks", and the event is being held the Université de Genève, Switzerland. This event has support of one sort or another from the AIPPI, WIPO and INTA. Speakers include Frederick Mostert, Group Chief Legal Counsel of Richemont, one of MARQUES's corporate members.
