Portakabin ruling: the Court of Justice rules
The Court of Justice gave its ruling today in Case C‑558/08 Portakabin Ltd and Portakabin BV v Primakabin BV, a reference for a preliminary ruling from the Hoge Raad der Nederlanden (Netherlands). The ruling is a long one, involving several issues concerning AwWords. You can read the ruling in full here, or in short here.
