Does anyone know?

Class 46 has been asked a question: does anyone know what proportion of decisions that are appealed from the OHIM Boards of Appeal to the Court of First Instance of the European Communities are upheld, and what percentage are dismissed? If anyone has this data, or can easily work it out, can they please either post it as a comment below or email it here, so that it can be publicised.
