Chinese TM system crash course
OHIM has published a press release informing us that trade mark experts from China (in particular four experts from the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and a representative of the China Trademark Association), will visit OHIM - as part of a study visit to Europe - and will also be conducting seminars in Madrid (June 9) and Munich (June 11) regarding the Chinses trade mark system. The seminars are organised within the framework of the EU-China IPR2 project, launched in 2007 and certainly look to be interesting.
